Court Departments

The Court departments of Warren County are housed in the Warren County Courthouse, the Hickory Street Annex, North Warren and Youngsville. The Court departments of Forest County are housed in the Forest County Courthouse and Marienville. Please see the page for each department for more information.

Directions to the Warren County Courthouse

  • The Warren County Courthouse is located on the corner of Fourth Avenue and Market Street in the City of Warren (204 Fourth Avenue).
  • If approaching Warren from the North, Route 62 South becomes Market Street which will intersect with Fourth Avenue.
  • If approaching Warren from the East, follow Route 6 Business West (Pennsylvania Avenue), turn left on Market Street and travel North three blocks to the intersection with Fourth Avenue.
  • If approaching Warren from the South (Route 62 North) or from the West (Route 6 East), follow Route 62 North to the intersection with Market Street.
  • Parking is available in the lots to the left (accessible from Fourth Avenue) and rear (accessible from Fifth Avenue) of the Courthouse.
  • The Warren County Prison is located adjacent to the Courthouse at 407 Market Street.

Directions to the Hickory Street Annex

  • The Hickory Street Annex is located at 333 Hickory Street in the City of Warren.
  • From the front of the Courthouse (corner of Fourth and Market) take Fourth Avenue east (Route 62 South). Turn right at Hickory Street (second traffic light). The Hickory Street Annex is the third building on the right.
  • Parking is available in the small lot to the left of the building or on the street.

Directions to the North Warren Office

  • The Magisterial District 37-3-01 Office is located at 1585 Market Street in North Warren, Pennsylvania.
  • From the front of the Courthouse (corner of Fourth and Market) take Market Street North (Route 62 North). The District Justice Office will be on the left in approximately one mile at the Corner of Follet Run Road and Market Street.

Directions to the Youngsville Office

  • The Magisterial District 37-4-01 Office is located at 37 Railroad Street in Youngsville, Pennsylvania.
  • If approaching Youngsville from the West (Route 6 East) follow Route 6 East to the traffic light at the intersection with Railroad Street. Turn left onto Railroad Street. The District Justice Office will be on the right.
  • If approaching Youngsville from the East (Route 6 West), North (Route 62 South), or South (Route 62 North), follow Route 6 West to the traffic light at the intersection with Railroad Street. Turn right onto Railroad Street. The District Justice Office will be on the right.

Directions to the Forest County Courthouse

  • The Forest County Courthouse is located on the corner of Elm and May Streets at 526 Elm Street in Tionesta, Pennsylvania.
  • If approaching from the Southeast, follow Route 36 North to Route 62 North (Elm Street) and proceed one block to May Street.
  • From other directions approach is by Route 62 (Elm Street).
  • Parking is available in the lot behind the Courthouse which may be accessed from May Street. There is additional parking on adjacent streets.
  • Courthouse hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon & 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

Directions to the Marienville Office

  • The Magisterial District 37-4-02 Office is located at 271 Oak Lane in Marienville, Pennsylvania.
  • If approaching Marienville from Route 66 South turn left onto Oak Lane. The office will be on the right.
  • If approaching Marienville from Route 66 North turn right onto Oak Lane. The office will be on the right.
  • Office hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon & 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
